Guests will learn how seeds are selected and planted, how young plants are cared for, and how established fruit trees are shaped and maintained through pruning. Depending on the season, the experience may also include harvesting fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs, or other produce directly from the land.
This is a practical, hands-on introduction to life on the finca, shaped by what the plants need and what nature provides at the time of your visit.

Step into the citrus groves and pick fresh oranges, lemons, mandarins, kumquats, or grapefruit straight from the trees.
The experience is shaped by the season, so the fruit available will depend on what is naturally ready to harvest. Guests can enjoy time on the finca, learn more about the different citrus varieties, and taste freshly squeezed orange juice made from fruit grown on the land.
At the end of the experience, each guest may take home one kilo of freshly picked lemons and oranges, with the option to purchase more.

Join the olive harvest in the quiet morning hours and experience one of the Mediterranean season’s most meaningful traditions. Guests are welcomed onto the finca to take part in olive picking, learn about the land and the harvest, and hear the story behind local olive oil production.
After time among the trees, the experience continues with an organic farm-to-table breakfast featuring traditional Mediterranean flavours, seasonal ingredients, and freshly squeezed juice, all enjoyed in a relaxed finca setting. Each guest also receives a bottle of local olive oil to take home.
