A full cooking experience with Santos, beginning with a guided visit to Alicante market and continuing at her organic farm with seasonal ingredients, dinner and dessert.

Paella & Wine Masterclass
A hands-on paella experience where guests learn to make a traditional paella. While it cooks, they enjoy a local wine masterclass with tastings of 6 different wines, before sharing the meal together around the table.

Guadalest & Vineyard Visit
Guests begin the day at a small local vineyard with wine tasting and tapas, before continuing to Guadalest, one of Costa Blanca’s most beautiful mountain villages, with time to explore and take in the views.

Dénia Coastal Day
Guests spend the day exploring Dénia, with time for the old town, the harbour, the food market area and the Mediterranean atmosphere. The day ends with a visit to a local vineyard for tapas and wine tasting.

Olive Oil Tasting Lunch
A local olive oil tasting lunch where guests discover Mediterranean flavours, locally produced olive oil and traditional food culture.

Optional time to visit Altea market and Albir market, explore local produce, shop for small things to take home and enjoy the rhythm of local life.

Costa Blanca Food & Wine Journey Itinerary

Afternoon: A relaxed guided tour through Altea, moving from wine bar to wine bar and ending at one of the town’s hidden pearls. Guests discover charming streets, local corners and beautiful viewpoints before enjoying a curated wine tasting. The evening finishes with dinner at one of Altea’s beautiful restaurants, known for its atmosphere and amazing view.

The morning is free and relaxed. Guests who wish can visit the Tuesday morning market in Altea, explore the old town, enjoy coffee by the sea or spend time at the beach. We are happy to share suggestions based on what you feel like doing.
From 14:00–17:00, guests enjoy an olive oil tasting lunch, learning more about locally produced olive oil, Mediterranean food traditions and the flavours of the region.
The rest of the afternoon and evening are free.

Wednesday is a mountain village day. Guests visit Guadalest, one of Costa Blanca’s most beautiful inland villages, with time to explore, take in the views and enjoy the slower mountain atmosphere.
The day also includes an intimate wine tasting at a small local vineyard before returning around 15:00–16:00, leaving the late afternoon and evening free to relax.

Saturday is the final shared food experience of the journey. The day begins early with a guided visit to Alicante market, where guests explore the local food culture and choose fresh ingredients for the cooking experience.
After the market, the experience continues with Santos at her organic farm. Guests cook with seasonal produce, learn about the ingredients and enjoy a final farm-to-table meal together with dinner and dessert.
This is the farewell meal of the week — a slow, meaningful ending around the table before guests enjoy their final evening in Costa Blanca.

Friday is a relaxed coastal day in Dénia, with time to explore the old town, food market area, harbour and Mediterranean atmosphere.
The day includes a local wine tasting, but the pace is kept slow so guests can enjoy the town, have lunch and return with time to rest in the afternoon or evening.
Daytime: Dénia coastal visit and local wine tasting.
Return: Around 15:00–16:00

The morning is free and relaxed. Guests can visit the Fonts d’Algar waterfalls, take a nearby hike, explore the local area, or simply enjoy a slow morning. We are happy to share suggestions based on what you feel like doing.
In the afternoon, the group gathers for a traditional paella experience from 15:00, combined with a local wine masterclass. Guests taste locally produced red and white wine while the paella is being prepared, before sitting down to enjoy the meal together.

Sunday is kept relaxed and local. Guests can visit the Sunday market in Albir, shop for local products, enjoy coffee, walk by the sea or spend the day exploring at their own pace.
This is a good day for guests to buy small things to take home and enjoy a slow final day in Costa Blanca.
Accommodation
Accommodation is arranged separately unless stated otherwise, giving guests the freedom to choose the stay that suits them best. We work with local farm boutiques, apartments, hotels and simple camping under the olive trees, and are happy to help you find the right option for your time with us.
