A 7-day food and wine journey through Costa Blanca, created for guests who want to experience the region through its land, local producers and Mediterranean traditions.
This experience brings together farm-to-table cooking, local markets, olive oil, wine, seasonal produce, finca life, coastal towns and slow meals shared around the table. Guests will meet local producers, taste ingredients from the land and discover a more authentic side of Costa Blanca.

A curated 7-day food and wine experience in Costa Blanca
A full farm-to-table cooking experience with Santos, beginning with a guided visit to Alicante market and continuing at her organic farm, where guests cook with seasonal produce and enjoy a Spanish dinner with dessert.
A traditional paella experience with a local wine masterclass, including tastings of locally produced red and white wine while the paella is being prepared.
