A five-day farm retreat created for guests who want to slow down, reconnect with nature and experience life on a working finca in Costa Blanca.
This retreat is based on the land itself. Each day is spent on the finca, with seasonal meals served on the farm and a slower rhythm shaped around nature, food, wellness and hands-on learning. Guests can join the full daytime retreat program and, for those who want to stay closer to the land, there is an optional add-on to camp under the olive trees. Guests who choose the camping option bring their own tent and enjoy a simple, nature-based overnight experience on the finca.
The week begins with arrival, grounding and gentle yoga, allowing guests to settle into the finca and connect with the landscape around them. From there, they are introduced to the rhythms of the farm through planting, seed saving, natural growing, compost, soil health and the importance of keeping the bug ecosystem intact so the land can thrive without pesticides.
One of the highlights of the week is a shared finca lunch and olive oil tasting with Santos, where guests learn about the olive trees, the harvest, the flavours of good olive oil and the role it plays in Mediterranean food culture. This becomes a beautiful meeting point between the farm retreat and the Costa Blanca Food & Wine Journey, while the rest of the retreat remains slower and more intimate.
Throughout the week, guests also take part in olive harvesting, jam making, drying seasonal fruit and a farm-based cooking experience. Wellness is woven into the retreat through three yoga mornings, meditation and journaling sessions, optional massage on the farm, and an evening sound bath.
The retreat ends with a final shared meal on the finca and a small gift to take home: a bottle of olive oil, a bottle of local wine, a jar of homemade jam and dried seasonal fruit.
This is not a busy sightseeing week. It is a slower, more grounded experience for people who want to eat from the land, learn from local producers, rest in nature and reconnect with themselves through the simple rhythm of farm life.
Camping under the olive trees is available as an optional add-on. Guests must bring their own tent and personal camping equipment. We also are able to help

A full-day farm-to-table cooking experience that begins at the local market in Alicante and continues at Santos’ finca in Alfaz del Pi.
The day starts early with a guided visit to the Alicante market, where guests join Santos, a local cook, olive oil producer and wine producer, to source fresh ingredients and organic meat from trusted local producers. With her knowledge of the market, the land and its flavours, guests get a closer look at where the food comes from before it reaches the table.
After time to explore the market and enjoy lunch at their own pace, the experience continues at Santos’ finca. Here, guests step into the rhythm of the land, picking seasonal vegetables and learning how each ingredient connects to the meal they will prepare together.
Together with Santos, guests then prepare a full homemade meal using the ingredients gathered from the market and the farm. The experience is hands-on, relaxed and rooted in the rhythm of the land.
The afternoon is slow and generous, with a full meal, dessert, two glasses of wine and time to enjoy the finca. Guests can wander the land, relax by the pool, go for a swim or simply settle into the peaceful surroundings.
