The Costa Blanca Food & Wine Journey
Day 1 — Arrival & Welcome Dinner*
Guests arrive and settle into their accommodation before enjoying a relaxed welcome dinner with local flavours, seasonal produce and Spanish wine in the beautiful old town of Altea, followed by a wine tasting.
Day 2 — Leisure Morning & Paella Cooking Dinner
The morning is left open for guests to relax, explore nearby surroundings, enjoy the sea or settle into the pace of Costa Blanca.
In the afternoon, guests gather for a hands-on paella cooking experience, learning about one of Spain’s most iconic dishes before sharing the meal together with wine.
Day 3 — Guadalest, Fonts de l’Algar & Winery Visit*
A day of mountain views, natural beauty and local vineyards. Guests visit the historic village of Guadalest, continue to Fonts de l’Algar with its waterfalls and clear natural pools, and enjoy a relaxed winery visit and tasting.
Day 4 — Olive Oil Tasting, Finca Life & Farm Lunch
Guests visit a local finca to learn about olive oil production, enjoy an olive oil tasting and share a farm-style lunch made with seasonal ingredients, served with wine produced on the farm.
The afternoon is kept open for rest, swimming, a walk by the sea or time at leisure.
Day 5 — Dénia Food Market, Coastal Time & Winery Tour*
The day begins at Dénia’s food market, where guests can explore fresh produce, local ingredients, seafood and the atmosphere of everyday Mediterranean life.
After the market, there is free time to wander through Dénia, visit the castle area, enjoy lunch independently or spend time by the sea.
On the way back, the group stops at a vineyard for a guided winery tour and tasting, with time to learn about the local wines, production process and landscape that shapes the flavours of the region.
Day 6 — Alicante Market & Farm-to-Table Cooking Experience
The most immersive food day of the week begins at the Alicante market with Santos, a local cook, olive oil producer and wine producer.
Guests source fresh ingredients, return to the finca, pick seasonal vegetables and prepare a full homemade meal together. The day continues slowly with dessert, wine, finca time and access to the pool.
Day 7 — Breakfast & Departure
A calm final morning with breakfast before departure.
*Hosted support on key excursion days and check-ins during the week who speaks English, Norwegian and Spanish.
Accommodation booked separately
This package includes the full food, wine and activity program, planned transportation, airport transfers, selected entrance fees and Ground & Connect coordination.
Accommodation is not included in the package price and can be booked separately depending on the group’s preferences, budget and desired level of comfort.
